How many times have you dialed 911 in your life?

I'm 23 and have never had to or even considered dialing 911 for anything. I have dreams every once in a while though where I do, and it's just weird..

1st as a child, I called to make sure it would work and like some cop cars went and now that I look back at it it was funny, but then I was scared as hell.

Once when we hit a deer in her car and my GF broke both of her arms in 5 different places and the other time was calling in a grass fire while driving down the highway.

1. On a drunk driver while heading down the interstate. I didn't know the state police number, so I called 911. They notified the state police, but before anyone could get there, he rear-ended a merging tractor-trailer while he was going about 85. Idiot.

Three times. Once because some guy in an apartment above me decided to beat the ^QE#$%$# out of his gf. Cops came and arrested him. Another time I saw an accident and called to get the EMT's on the scene. Last was by accident.... kinda funny. I got a new cell phone my father bought me in Germany. I was playing with the thing and it had something that said "notruf" ... it didn't occur to me to look it up, I just figured I'd click the button to see what it did, I figured with no sim card in the thing yet it wouldn't do anything anyway. Oops. Notruf of course is German for "emergency call" so the thing dialed 911. I tried to explain to the operator that I called by mistake, but he thought I was being kidnapped or something and kept saying things like "if there is someone within earshot threatening you or if you are in danger, just say "no, everything is fine tonight" etc.

once- outside a bar after last call- stumbling beligerant man gives me ****** for somthin (dont remember)- stumbles to his car- takes a hit out of a lightbulb crack pipe (no kidding) and takes off swerving down the road. No idea if they got him or not.

Once. A few weeks ago I was out with a friend of mine and his brother in law was sitting across from me and he passed out. His friend sitting next to him yelled to call 911 so I did.
He just passed out from dehydration and came through in about 20 seconds, but it was pretty freaky. The cops and ambulance came in about 2 minutes to take him to a hospital to check him out.

Four times. Once when various members of the neighbor's family started fighting in the street, once to report a drunk driver, and twice to report fires.

Driving home from AC on the express way a car behind me drifted into the grass, swirved back into the road but then back into the median. He flipped onto the roof of his car and lets just say it didnt look pretty from then on. Now I am going 80 miles per hour to slamming on the breaks to see if he is ok is just going to cause more trouble. I look at the nearest mile marker and then call 911 to tell them about the accident.
