How Many Times Have You Been Kicked

oh, another good story

in 5th grade, we were playing kickball in gym class
i was up, the gym teacher was 'pitching'
i had a really crappy kick...where i just kinda spins a few feet into the field
everyone was laughing and the gym teacher was running up to get the ball and get me out

well...i decide to kick it again
i took a few steps, kick it realllllllllllly fricken hard
it nails the gym teacher right in the nizzuts

he hit the ground and rolled

the best part, i can still hear the sound of that giant red kickball hitting his nuts

I have kids so by default I have accidentally been kicked and punched their several times.

However, the worst and I emphasize worst incident of all was the summer before last when a tennis ball traveling faster than the space shuttle struck me right in the nads, causing me to double over with pain. After about twenty minutes of agony in a fetal position I was able to get up and move around. It took at least a solid week or longer for them to feel right again. Man, I hope I never have to endure that again.

Man... you guys are lucky. In my high school gym class it was called "bag tag". Wow did it suck when you were in the shower or changing in the locker room.

Who honestly wears a cup! After that I actually did start wearing one. Two weeks later when I was up at bat, a kid threw a hell of a breaking curve that knocked me in the cup. You should've heard the clunk it made. The ump had to call timeout so he could collect himself and stop laughing.

I would have laughed too.. I've gotten a foul tip in the cup on a few occasions (playing catcher).

First time the umpire damn near choked he was laughing so much... I think I had my pitcher 'accidentally' throw high the next 2 or 3 pitches, and because I was in so much 'pain' I just wasn't quite able to reach'em.. Taught him a thing or two..
