twice a day, morn and night. I also started using this whitening mouthwash as well.

At least twice a day. Soon as I get up and right before bed. Sometimes, when that fuzzy feeling gets on my teeth at work I'll do it again right around lunch.

Flossing is just as important. I've always been a twice a day brusher, but never was a big flosser until about a year ago, when I went to my dentist and he told me I had the first stages of gum recession.

2x a day - when I wake up and before I go to bed.

There have been those occasions where I've been so tired that I went to bed without brushing. It's the most digusting feeling in the world, but it only happens once every couple of months.

My mouth is full of cavities. I'm a dentists' pot of gold!

Really? Not to be disgusting or anything but there was a time where I didn't brush for over 3 months and I didn't get a single cavity...

That's pretty disgusting. I feel sorry for your girlfriend if you have one.

yeah, if i do not brush for 3 days, my breathe becomes horrible.....he must have awful gingivitis.

Twice a day. Once after breakfast, once before bed.

I'd like to meet whoever voted "never". From behind some sort of impermeable barrier, of course. That is gross.
