started with a double major in tuba performance and "music industry," then transferred and about to finish a degree in "music business/management." so i guess that's one switch, technically. :)

I already have once though not officially. I went from a CSE (its like a combo CS and CE major) to CS with an econ minor. THey wont let me make it official yet. I hate CE. Its horrible. I love programming, though i'm not john carmack loving it, I'm too lazy to just randomly learn languages, but i like working on projects, hopefully i'll get a job doing it

That's a good subject. Let'see, started out as an EE then I went to Architecture, later to Graphic Design, and finally I graduated in System Analysis and MIS on a business school.

Maybe the idea that you feel stupid on EE and a genious on Business makes sense, but I like to think in the terms that you can't pull up a conversation about equations with girls. And before I got married girls were more important then my carrer. So in my point of view going to an engineering school is akin to going to a monastery. The hell with that!

yeah by being a CS major at UCLA you get to take a lot more non engineering classes, so you get to be more socially adept and have stuff to talk about besides FPS and C++. Girls are more important than CE, because CE doesnt make me happy and girls do
