Probably about 50-100 times per day, sometimes more, sometimes less.

Been playin with VB stuff recently, and F5 is Run, and "Continue" when you put in a stop for a line (useful for checking variables at certain points)

it depends on where my keyboard is at the time of surfing..

but when i'm buying stuff or on yahoo mail, i use it quite often, sometime even on different forums, as you have to refresh from cache.. and hit that annoying yes box.. so i say it varies, but i do use it.

However many times I check Outlook. For refresh I use the large thumb button on my MS Explorer 3.0 mouse. :)
