I leave my work email client open all day while I am there. At home I check it when I get home and sometimes later in the evening. If I am expecting mail on my web based email account I may check that several times a day but usually once a day, while other days I forget to check it.

Work: once every morning usually. Every two hours if I'm actually expecting something.

Home: about twice a month. The only thing I get there is joke emails that people send and I just delete them. Again if I'm expecting something, I'll check it every two hours.

My regular Outlook account: about once per 30-60 minutes.
My other web mail accounts: once per day or so.

It depends on what I'm doing, on average I check it 2 times a day, but sometimes never and sometimes more than 10.
