Twice, unless I have really bad breath and an important meeting/date.

at least 2x...sometimes a lot more- I brush them whenever I'm home and about to go out or be around people I'll be talking to etc

Don't ferget to floss! I was religious about brushing and rinsing (Listerine or Scope), at least three x every day and I brushed for 3 minutes or more each time, but I rarely flossed unless there was something stuck that was annoying me. And not unexpectedly, my teeth (molars) started going to crap in between where brushing can't reach. I don't think I have a molar left that isn't filled there along the edges between each tooth.
