Isn't this clip like two plus years old? An obvious mental flub on the long grind of a campaign trail doesn't mean anything to most of us. Those of us that are parents with multiple kids, how many times have you called son A son B's name? I know I did, and I know my father (who was, frankly, a pretty brilliant scientist) did so as well. (Aside-Goerge Foreman was onto something).

And we don't even have to touch on GWB who made such flubs on a seemingly daily basis.

The difference between this and O'Donnell is she pretty obviously didn't know the first amendment at all, and she holds herself out as a teabagger level expert on all things constitutional.
