Wow!

Nice cop.....

Yeah - just walked up to my car @ 1am, said "You delivering pizzas?"

"Yes, sir - I'm sorry, running a little late"

Then he just said "You need to watch your speed young man, have a good night."

Then turned around and walked to his car, then drove off. I'm assuming he clocked me going that fast, because that's what I was doing. But, I dunno :p

bikes and cops dont mix...
I always stop and take me medicine instead of running like most =P

good lawyer and cop friends get most dismissed.

none.

I get 3-4 parking tickets/month, though. I've calculated that it's cheaper to get the occasional parking ticket outside of work than to pay to park in a lot every day.

1 ticket, 7 years ago...

Passed 5 cops this morning at between 15-20 mph over and they didn't blink... I've learned to drive a less obvious car ;)

Doesn't it come out way more expensive when your insurance skyrockets for all those tickets?

2 speeding tickets in the early eighties on I-75 in Michigan. One was for going 55 in a 45 "business district" with not a single other vehicle on the road at like 6am. Speed trap bs!

18 or 19 since i started driving - almost 8 years.. Not too bad considering as many miles as I've driven and the speeds I go. My insurance rates suck though, and before you say I'm a bad driver, I've never had a wreck in which I was at fault. Last wreck= being hit by a Tennessee trooper who was too close behind me when he pulled me over, and he didn't cut his wheel hard enough (edit - when he was pulling out to leave the scene to the other cop), and pop he hit me. The cop behind him started laughing her ass off saying he's blind as a bat.

Probably 8 or 9 over the last 6 years. Good thing I have an uncanny ability to contest my tickets by mail and win.

I've had my license about 1.5 years and I've got 2 tickets. One for running a stop sign and one just recently for going 85 in a 50. Unfortunately to go through the deferral program I have to give up my license for 90 days because I was 35 over :(
