That's because Gym's in West Virginy consist of Hay Bails and a few Milk Crates Copme to the civilized world and you will notice that Gym's are actually better exercise than chasing around your sister when you are feeling randy!

400 crunches twice a day...that's what I usually do...it doesn't take long so it's no big deal...That's PhD level writing? Anyway, back on topic!

Pushups are good, but I find that crunches/situps enlarges the abdominal muscles, which isn't what some people look for. There is sometimes a different look to athletic muscles vs. worked-out-muscles (look at the pics where the person's ab muscles don't match up properly)

I got my abs mostly from playing sports :thumbsup:
