what really hurts is when two people do this: the first does 10 (push-ups), then the second one does 10, while the other has a little pause. then 9, then 8 etc. after both did each 1, do as many as you can. that's a killer...
once long time ago i did 23 at the end, but now i'm dead when i reach the round where you have to do 2...
