OK, I do three sets of ten wide grip pullups (these) with a 25 lb weight on a dip belt during my back workouts. The last set is supposed to be ten, but it's usually 8 reps.

BTW, I weigh 190 lbs

What about form? I've seen people do "pull ups" by coming down til the bar clears their head, and then coming back up again.

All the way down and back up, probably around 11-13.

both of my biceps have been injured,and are about 40-50% of use. :(
Permanant inuries :( :|
trhe tendons,attaching the muscles to the bone,were not as strong as the muscles.

when they ripped loose,it sounded like when you rip your clothing. :brokenheart:
both happened a few years apart,and was a major bummer,both times. :(
