how many pin-PSU needed for AMD64 s754 mobo?

I haven't heard of 24 pin on a s754, but there is probably an odd board out there with it...AFAIK, It really wouldn't be necessary because you need something like SLI to get the power draw necessary to make 24-pin worthwhile. With most (All?) of the 754 boards being AGP, SLI isn't an option.

So, I'd say 20 is standard. Your best bet is to go to a place like newegg.com which has pics of the board you want to buy, and count the pins. 😉
