how many people lie on this forum?

I find it odd that a lot of people say they never lie, yet think everyone else lies. What's with that?
I may exaggerate sometimes to win an argument, but I do that in real life too. I don't lie about myself or anything else on AT. Why should I think other people do ?? (besides PCResources - that jackass :|)

That's exactly the way I see it. It never even occurs to me to lie online (or ever for that matter), & I give other people the benefit of the doubt until they prove themselves to be untrustworthy.

I have yet to be really burned, I've had nothing but good experiences here.

edit: seriously though, i dont pretend to be anything im not online, im just a normal geeky girl that talks faster than she can think. the thing is that i take everything everyone says online seriously so if someone online tells me that they are sick or soemthing i take it really seriously and become concerned.
