With the weekday options, are you talking about in the evening or during the day? If its during the day, I'd think a number of people would have to work during that time.

*edit* I second the idea of D&B at Waterfront...my cousin's apt is only a few minutes away and I might be able to crash there! And the movie theater over there (Loew's I think?) is great!
