How many people here would use coupons on their first date?

JEDI

Lifer
ie: Buy one get one free (restaurant, movie, mini golf, etc), or x% off

How many people in ATOT (besides Rossman) do you think would actually do it?

would if x is 80% and you go to a 100 dollar a plate resturant, hell yeah I would, it's not cheap, it's smart.

A smart way to not get a second date 😛

how about taking her to a $20 a plate restaurant and saving the coupon for later?

Once you become hitched, the gal will definitely turn on her coupon-clipping mode. So why not show her your coupon-clipping side early in the relationship? 😀

cause, 20 dollar a plate restaurant vs 100 dollar a plate, which food tastes better?

No. I think thats really tacky and plus, you only get one chance to make a good first impression!

Why the hell would you go to anything OVER a $20/plate restaurant on a first date, unless you are filthy stinking rich and it doesn't matter to begin with? I find that most girls WANT to go to places where they can be themselves and order whatever they want without feeling like they are breaking some rule. Applebee's, Fridays, Ruby Tuesday... not "chez expensive"

i would probably let her pick the place and order whatever she wants

i usually have an entertainment book sitting in the car

if i have a coupon than i have a coupon and i'll use it

if not than i dont care and i'll pay full price

if the girl is going to have a fit over something like that than i probably wouldn't want to go out again anyway

only situation i see that working is if u give her an expensive present at the end to f*ck with her. if you are that cocky.
