My sandals

edit: I paid $15 for them, they were on sale.

edit2: And they're not as comfortable as previous sandals, but I'm getting used to them. (Just got them a few months ago)

and i work in my own office, all the females around here wear flip flops/open toe shoes. i never work on thursdays during semester(because its days i have class) but i came in today and just didnt change into my boots/new balances.

everyone is entitled to their opinion i guess, but to say something is gay because you dissaprove it is very ignorant.

No, I do not wear flip-flops with jeans. Nor would I have the tacky notion to wear them to work.

I know you didn't mean anything personally, but I still find that kind of ignorance surprising. I'm young, only 26, and my generation is obviously going in directions with men's fashion that so many from previous generations don't get. For them, I suppose, fashion is best left to women and homosexuals.

This attitude is changing, but still lingers in rural and suburban areas, and is probably more rife in certain regions of your country.

I spend a lot of time in nearby Toronto and a large proportion of men are fashionable and stylish. The same can be said for women; the urbanites are simply more interested in fashion and things of that nature. You can observe most people checking out each other's shoes, jackets, etc. while shopping.

Anyway, I know 99.9% of you haven't got a clue (nor are you interested anyway), so Derrick, you're best off not bothering in future. For the record, flip-flops enjoyed renewed popularity this summer, which is why all the stores carried them.

There's nothing wrong with wearing flip-flops with jeans.
 
I used to wear muscle shirts, OP shorts and flip flops to work.😀
( it helped that I used to run the place)

There's no reason to get your panties in a bunch just because I dislike what some people put on their feet. I'm sure you'd think I look dumb wearing some of the stuff I put on my body.

 
yes, its ok for males to wear flip-flops with jeans AS LONG AS the jeans are loose fitting and not tight, then its just so wrong
