How many of you watch F1 here?...and whom do you want to win?

I haven't seen much posts here about F1 here..........so why dont we start a discussion on who is gonna win this year...........I want Juan Pablo Montoya to win coz. I love his guts.........and whom do you want to win the contructors? BMW.Williams for me again coz. Ralf is doing a great job.........

It's gonna be hard for anybody than Michael Schumacher to win the championship, especially since he has won 4 of 5 races so far. I was big fan of Stewart racing. They were making great progess, until Ford bought it and changed to Jaguar. Eddie Irvine will never be a top racer.

Michael will prolly win this season but it's gonna be interesting as the Williams have a strong team coming.

Well I always liked Coulthard, but Schumacher does have the best car again. F1 anymore is just a parade to see who comes in second. The only thing that is fun is the start, thats the only variable in the whole race, broken parts not withstanding.

BTW I started watching F1 or Grand Prix cars in 1959 in Silverstone, England. I lived there when my dad was in the Air Force. My hero was Sterling Moss now that was fun!

Big F1 fan here! I want Villeneuve to win , but I doesn't look that is going to happen anytime soon... I would like to see some more progress from Button... Otherwise I would love to see Juan Montoya up there.

villenueve. seriously, he's the best driver in f1, i mean his rookie season he wins it all, then gets on a team with an inferior car and starts doing poorly...

the sad part about f1 is who wins and loses has so little to do with talent anymore, i mean any of those guys could win if they were driving the ferrari's or mercedes cars.. it just stupid now.

Jaques the best driver in F1? Possibly one of the top 5 drivers in F1 but in no way the best driver. In his rookie season- he was in the best car in the field by a considerable margin and deservedly came in 2nd in the WDC. In his next season, again with a dominant car, he did win the WDC. However w/ his move to BAR- his driving has been decidedly average. Yes they are a midfield team at best, but he should at least be outqualifying and outracing his teammate by a considerable margin- though that is clearly not occuring.

The top 5 in order?

1. Michael Schumacher
5(tied). Montoya- fast and aggressive though with several poor race decisions and racecraft

Ralf Schumacher- fast though not as aggressive - by and large keeps his nose clean and picks up points- best chance for the WDC for Williams

David Coulthard - consistently fast and getting 100% out of a dissapointing package- the chassis may be the class of the field though the Ilmor engine is reportedly the second weakest in the field with 800-810hp

Jacques Villenuve - fast, though that has been erratic as of late. Tremendous mental strength- though often time has difficulty setting up the car for the best results- dissapointing car with reportedly the weakest engine in the field.

For me- I'd love to see Ferrari win another WCC, but Jacques win the WDC.
