Been a member for years, over 100 transactions.

One negative experience, some deadbeat ran off with $40.00 on an ebay purchase.

They were unable to recover the cash.

Another experience, I had a deadbeat withdraw payment, but Ebay was able to recover funds for that transaction.

Overall, no complaints.

Fees suck, but I am paying for a service. So there you have it.

paypal sucks... but I still use it because as of right not it beats the alternatives (too few buyers willing to do MOs, and I don't like them or willing to send cash). Hopefully the new google service will serve to either improve paypal or take it over.

Same. Id switch to google as well if they offered higher security and lower fees in a second. Ebay and its monopoly...

I've had no problems w/ paypal until recently I was getting emails that appear to be disguised as coming from paypal but the links in the email were clearly fake. So, I was worried and closed the account.

In over 100 transactions, I've never had a problem. Then again, I've never had to file a claim. Their fees do suck though.

I get emails telling me credit cards I don't own have been "violated in Bulgaria". What is the worry? These people just spam.
