Are you trying to starve me?

FYI, a large portion of the weight you lost was muscle mass. Of actual weight, you lost 20lbs at the most, possibly less.

Hunger is very much related to blood sugar levels. Those who are big carb eaters, get lots of cravings. Reduce carbs and you'll be fine. Our society eats waaaaaaaaaaay too much carbohydrates. Its an addiction.

Breakfast- nothing (except multi-vitamins)
Lunch- nothing
Dinner- nothing every other day and absolute crap on the other day
Not healthy but hey I'm not fat or sickly.

Yes but you'll die 20 years before the obese or the rail thing guy will

I don't find it that hard - I would stick to about 650 calories per meal - not too hard if you're keep your intake decent. I'm hungry almost all the time so 2000 isn't cutting it for me (then again I work out 4 days a week and run for 40 minutes on 3 days so I can afford to eat a lot)

I eat junk food like 4 times a week at minimum. I can't gain weight for sh1t.

I'm pretty darn healthy still even... seeing as my mom works for a doctor and I get everything checked out and I have a clean bill of health.

if you mean 2000 calories in one sitting yes ;-)
I dont have a constant eating plan some days i pig out and eat loads of crap other days i have like a single meal for the entire day, with a snack every now and then.

today.. few cups of oj, ate ramen noodles for brunch, drank can of coke, ate hersey bar, then for dinner like 5 chicken wings.

Yep easily! I have an appetite like a horse. If I didn't watch my calories at all I guess I'd hit 4k a day and pile the weight on. I can pull in 2000 in a sitting of beer and pizza with room to spare later, but it sures puts the belly fat on. For grins here is what I eat now, generally:

1) Breakfast of total raisin bran and 1 cup skim milk (this is low on protein but oh well)
2) Lunch is banana milk shake with skim milk and protein powder scoop
3) Afternoon snack is generally either can of tuna or 30 g of protein worth of fat free cottage cheese (I LOVE it).
4) Supper something like chicken breast and vegetables
5) Later in night maybe half a bag of low fat popcorn and a can of tuna.

The only way I can keep a tab on consumption is by religious counting of calories. I kid myself if I just "try to stay fairly hungry". Does not work at all. Also regimenting strictly my consumption from day to day keeping the food pretty consistent helps as well. Then once a week or so I end up just eating whatever and week to week find that weight goes off quite quickly.

Skoorb.. if you can just add about 3 liters of cold water to that list, you'd be in perfect health my man. Pigging out on weekends is forgivable and necessary to help your mind ease off the temptation. Plus drinking water helps the kidneys do their job, while the liver does its real job of cleansing and dissolving fatty materials. Keep those kidneys working man, I don't think the misses wants to share everything with you.

I can recall spring break one year. I probably consumed 60000 calories that week. that included:

6 30 packs of busch light
1 night of all you can drink for $8 in mexico
10 large little caesars pizzas
lots of chips
100 hot wings
2x all you can eat seafood buffets
2x 3 big Xtra's + supersize fries
a couple trips to whattaburger
and a few Long Island Ice Tea's at the bar every night.

yeah, i spent a lot of money that week. I also gained a lot of weight.
