You're probably right. It's hard to remember since I haven't watched WCW in like 2 years, but I remember that they were some ungodly size though.

The smart users will cycle the 'roids and/or use steroids like oxandrolone which will not affect your testosterone production...

Not all heavy users loose their ability to produce testosterone for ever, look at Ah-nuld...
