I drink micro brews, because beer should be based on hops, malt, barley... not just corn. The new Budweiser commercials that I hear on NPR crack me up. I actually burst out laughing when they talked about the "aroma" "tasting room" "brew masters"....

Start making beer yourselves and you'll realize that Bud is not sh!tty, it's fine beer.
Though I generally loathe analogies, I'll make one in this case. Bud is like a small cheese pizza from a so-so pizza joint, the micro's, etc. are like the deep dish and stuffed pizzas or the pizzas with every topping on there. Essentially the bigger more complex beers are supplementing the solid, simple base that bud is.
Bud is Malt (with a fair bit of rice, so it has a crisp and simple flavor profile), low hops so it's not bitter, and water. It's really just beer, and people shouldn't get out all bent out of shape about it. I wouldn't pass up free cheese pizza, in fact I order a nice big slice for lunch every now and then, I don't pass up Bud or look down my nose at it either. In fact it complements cheese pizza very well.

I can't drink beer. I don't have any allergy to any specific ingredient in there, but something about hops, malt, barley, etc. combined makes me nauseous instantaneously upon drinking beer. I have no problem with scotch, whiskey, burbon, that Goya Malt stuff, any liquor or wine, etc., so I have no idea why beer makes me sick.
