How many of you like Pork?

I posted a repost... so why not turn this into a Pork thread?

Is pork all it's made out to be? 🙂

I never ate that much pork until I moved to NC. Its more flavorful than chicken but beef still rules. I still refuse to call pulled pork 'barbecue'...to me barbecue is all about some beef brisket!!

makin bacon or getting porked
either way you've got the pig by the ears

and yeh, some pork tendeloin on the barbey is a good thing.

Beef can taste could without any additional flavoring. So can chicken. So can shrimp, lobster, fish.

If you've ever tasted pork without it being doctored it up, it tastes like $@&#.

Some parts of the pig are better than others - like if you get a good cut of Pork Loin, I think that's the best tasting part. But if you try bacon without it being smoked, cured, flavored, salted, etc. It is rather nasty.

So other than properly cooked pork loin (olive oil and lots of seasoning), no I don't like pork. And it's rather unhealthy to eat too.

I like bacon, sausauges, and ham. For some reason I don't find pork chops that appetizing.😕 Must be how I cook 'em or something.

Notice how the stuff you like are all been modified to not taste like anything they originally were.
