how many of you have side windows on your cases

they seem to be a bit more popular these days, though i still dont see big OEM manufacturers using them . . .

i keep my side open... it's the only way to keep the damned thing cool cause I "suck" at proper cooling. I tried closing the cover and it was not having it.

i have one with a blue CC that is never on and a ridiculously bright 4 LED artic cooling CPU fan.

i hate that i threw out the real side panel. too much damn light for sleeping!

also have a modded dell case with a window and a UV light, that is much more bearable.

would a side window look good on this ???

no. that needs to keep the monolithic professional look.

edit: i should mention i don't like the look of my computer setup at all anymore, it doesn't go with the furniture. i must be getting old. or fabulous!. either one.

When I bought my case on newegg the version with a window was cheaper than the one without. As looks go I don't really care.

yeah, i guess putting a window panel on it would kind of ruin it

and youre becoming a metro 😛

I have one on mine [Wavemaster] I didnt order it and it came, so I put it on.

Would like to buy a new case..

I had a window with the lights and such, but thought to myself-this is a computer, wtf am I doing? It was also noisy from the fans. Got rid of that and opted for a nice, quiet, cool Antec SLK3700BQe, which I am VERY happy with.
