Ben Carson - He quotes the bible as actual scientific face. I know enough.

I really, really don't want to derail the damn thread. But what's say you on his Andes mountains fossil claim.

Now I'm just going to say everyone has their opinion on religion and creation, etc. But there is one thing that is fact: NO ONE! knows the absolute truth. No one! And we may never know. If mankind is lucky enough to live for 50,000 more years, even then we may never even know. But I digress, perhaps Jesus does come down in say the year 3,500 when the world ends. There's a 1,000 years of peace and then withen another 1,000 years all is lost to time, there's bits and pieces of what was and perhaps a book. Then in the year 5,000 know one will know what really happened all over again. Just a thought.

It's not an opinion it's a scientific fact.

Carson is nuttier than a jar of Jif. Although he were the most recent president I'm not sure if his avatar would be a jar of peanut butter or a fruit loop.

SMH. Then by all means become a brain surgeon.
Seriously. Being a surgeon doesn't mean that you're clever. Ive stood through loads of surgical procedures. Steady hands, low threshold for boredom, ability to chat about your golf handicap. Those are the things that get you through surgery.

Would help if the picture wasn't taken with a 2004 potato phone.

I know all about him. Every time he opens his mouth something retarded falls out. There's no doubt in my mind I'm his superior. I'll go against him any day of the week on any non occupation related subject, and I'll handily beat him.

This. Hell, I'm willing to guess you could learn more about medicine than he knows (he regularly says exceedingly crazy, stupid, and crazy-stupid things about that too) in not much time if you don't already.

He's also a pathological liar, which, granted, seems to make him a prime candidate for President these days. Seems to outright be a requirement for the GOP.

14 milliseconds and Conner never fails to deliver.

Zero to stupid as fast as he can! A real stupercar!

I don't think it's a genuine Cheeto, I think it's just a cheese puff. Regardless, it's too big to be a cashew.

I didn't "get" it at all until I read the replies, and even then it's "meh".

That also doesn't look like a cheeto at all, it looks like a cheese curl.

1. Agree that it's not a good example of a cheeto.
2. On my phone, the oreo just looked like a black circle. More clear seeing it on the PC.
3. Ben Carson is surely a very intelligent person. This does not preclude one from being a fool.
4. I believe you could train someone of moderate intelligence to perform surgery. But you couldn't train them to graduate from Yale, make into med school at U Michigan, perform well enough to be Alpha Omega Alpha, get into and through neurosurgery residency at Johns Hopkins, pioneer surgical approaches, publish research, get an academic appointment as director of surgical department, etc.

You do know Carson grew up in humble beginnings and made him self what he is today, right? He's got a very well respected past. Not only was he a brain surgeon his brother is a rocket scientist. You should learn more about someone before making false accusations.

oh wow. no one knew what they did! It's like you are teaching us everything new! Good you don't see the color of people's skin. You must feel so humble and proud to outwardly display such empty back-patting affirmations that replace the fact that you actually know nothing of substance about any of these people, let alone anything at all.

let me know when you show the same blind respect for anyone and everyone that achieves high status for intelligence and hard work, like your average PhD. Oh, but most of them don't share your nonsense politicized view of the world, and are therefore idiots and deserving of no respect, because you are so humble?

Also remind yourself that you seem to respect an orange, blathering moron that dedicated his life to grifting actual hard-working laborers and ruining their lives for his own personal gain.
