How many of you are bald?

Just wondering because I shaved my brother's hair off today (DPMaster)...unbeknownst to him. =)

Long story short.. he's been talking about shaving it off for a long time now...and it just happened that way. I think it looks good. His hair was thinning on top...so now everything's evenly short.

cheers,
KiM

Mine's receding a bit at the temples. I generally shave my noggin for a couple of months every summer, just feels good and helps me stay cool (cool temperature-wise, that is; I can't escape my nerdiness :()

My hairline is slowy receding. I have a scar on my head from when I was younger that used to be covered by hair and now it is'nt. :(
I probably wont go completly bald, but it will probably hike back far enough to be noticeable.

After a week or so of daily shavings your razor will be dull enough to not nick you at all. Rub hand lotion into your head after you shave and/or shower (I generally do it *in* the shower, two birds with one stone).

Take a long, hot shower right before, & use a thick lather(no gel).

Genes suck; they cause your hair to fall off, make you fall asleep at lunchbreak, kick the copy machine so bad it cannot even be repaired because it starts stuttering when you're reeeally behind schedule.

http://www.headblade.com

God investment in personal higiene equipment ...

I can shave my head in about a minute and a half with this thing. You can get the blade refils at the local drug store too, don't buy their overpriced ones.

Isn't it ironic? It's not there either way but if it doesn't have the potential to be there, it doesn't count :p

Going for that "Uncle Fester" look?

I'm going bald. And I may very well shave my head if it gets to bad. I'm certainly not going to be 'that guy' who grows out his sideburns til they're a foot long and then glues them over his bald scalp with hair gel in a pathetic attempt to simulate hair.

For now, I'm just going to keep it short.

I would have NO problems going bald or using a head blade if I started losing hair. Hair has never been a big deal. In fact, I look at it as an annoyance. :)

The shaved head look is popular these days(especially here in Boston). Finally bald guys can be trendy.
