How many of the Next Gen consoles do you plan on getting?

i have a 360 already, i plan to get the ps3 when the price drops to something reasonable.
only reason i want a ps3 is for gran turismo 5.

Currently own GameCube, Xbox, PS2 (as well as Dreamcast, PSX, N64, SNES, Genesis, NES, Atari 7800, Atari 2600 - but they aren't hooked up)

Nice collection going there. I play a LOT of older games for all those consoles on my PC using emulators but it's not exactly the same as owning the system and cartridges. I'm thinking of starting to collect some of the older stuff for real. I've already started to build myself a MAME cabinet!!

most likely get the wii over the next month or 3. a 360 maybe 5-6 months and a PS3 when they get around $300 and if i have a HDTV heh

at this point, i don't plan on getting any of them. i'll wait and see how the PS3 does and if it'll ever drop in price, because i'll probably want to get a PS3.

none. a PC is superior. but if i ever own a HDTV, then a PS3 with the linux os with mythTV and have it at as a HTPC. or do the same with the 360 for less $$$.

preordered a wii just for zelda. probably will get super smash bros and the next zelda (only on wii i hope), and that should be it, unless some good game comes along.

will probably get the ps3 next year or something when mgs4 comes out or maybe after the price drops, which im sure that will never happen.

another vote for wii. PS3 or 360 depending on which DVD format (HD or Blue-ray) becomes more widely accepted.

I have a 360 already and have a Wii pre-ordered. I'll likely end up with a PS3 down the road when it's cheaper and has a decent library of games. I can never resist game systems... I play everything from portables to consoles to PC games. Though my PC has been getting neglected as of late since I've spent a lot of my recent gaming time when friends over... so consoles are it.
