how many more pounds should I put on?

I used to be a stick.. so that led to being socially anxious, inconfident, etc.

I'm 5'10 or 5'11, I weighed 130 two years, now I weigh 150. I'm gaining more weigh time goes on and getting more confidence with my body.


how many more pounds should I put on with muscle and body fat?
 
I'm 5'10", currently weigh around 165 lbs., and am quite happy with my size and body composition. I could possibly hit 170-175 and still be ok, but I wouldn't want anything more than that.

yes. but not weak (for my weight).

i've tried gaining weight, but i can't. I once tried 2 big macs a day/ no excercise for 6 weeks and nothing happened.

i'm 5'5 and i weigh 145 and i'm no where near where i want to be muscle wise. so IMHO you have some work to do ;D

start eating a lot more A LOT MORE, maybe look into adding supplement shakes to get some more nutrition in you, start a work out regime by going to the gym 3-4 times a week (watever fits your schedule) maybe even sign up witha personal trainer they help a lot.

and it takes more than 6 weeks of eating big macs to gain weight. especially us guys with high metabolism.
