Well, the Atlanta office is 75 mile round trip and the my major client is 28 mile round trip. Depending on the mix of which place I'm headed, I would say probably ~350 miles a week at the most.

I don't know... When I did commute a lot, it was like 200-400/week. (Regular commute of about 25 miles + night trips into Portland which added another 45; those were frequent to infrequent)

Even when I used to go out 6-7 times a week in Seattle and drive everywhere, it was only adding up to 200 miles/week because I wasn't far from anything. Of course, my gas mileage was horrendous because I drove like a maniac. So, I still had to fill up every week.

Now? Eh, I barely drive the damn thing on a regular basis. Maybe 5-10 miles a week. But, I still make trips to Portland every few weeks and so that adds 400+ miles (I live in Seattle now). Also, I travel with my car and that adds thousands of miles. (Went to SF and LA in September. That added 3,000+ miles in 12 days.)

I'm looking at over 6,000 miles in what will be a 3-4 week 'vacation'. (Going down to Texas) So, that will also up the mileage quite a bit.

It's complicated...

I'm assuming by motorcar.

My car has seen not quite 10k miles over 2 years, so around 5k miles per year, which makes around 100 miles per week.

I was doing ~300/wk for work for about a year because I got this job just before moving. Then we moved back after making a small profit on the house we bought and now I'm at ~70/wk.

Thinking about moving somewhere in between now, so it will probably go up to 150-200/wk in the next year.

I doubled my commute when I moved to the city I live in now 4.5 years ago. 🙁

I'm driving 4 miles each way....so I drive 40 miles per week for my commute! Weekends, I usually don't have to drive because my wife always wants to put miles on her car.

I drive 343 miles a week just to and from work. Not sure how much I drive outside of that but it's not a whole lot.

I just calculated it to be over 350 a week. My commute really isn't that bad though, I am constantly moving and get stuck in traffic for maybe only 10 mins of the 50 mins.

Fluctuates. Some weeks I drive 400, some I drive 0. Depends on whether or not I have to go to a client, how many days I have to go there, and whether or not I can work from home.

Over the course of an entire year I probably drive 13,000 miles when you include business and personal driving which is 250 miles per week.

i did 20-50 but i think now its probably 50-100. commute is right around 10mi/day, then sometimes weekend driving. i hardly go anywhere tho. just hit 15,000 miles on my car that i bought in May 2010

280km give or take (about 170mi for those still using the children's system). 20km to work each way, Sundays I go bow shooting at the range, which is across from my work. I shoot hockey in Saturdays, which is also about a 40km round trip from my house. However, I don't do it every weekend.

most weeks, 200

Last year when I had to take lil rudeguy to school it was 65 miles a day, so roughly 350 miles a week. I am very glad I don't have to do that anymore.

I drive 0. I walk to work, and I take the subway if I need to go somewhere farther.

Don't even own a car. My transportation costs are around $20/month.

its not the childrens system, its way more advanced than the babyish "everything is divisible by 10" metric system :colbert:

1-20 cause I go out with family on weekends at least, and I have a once-weekly thing at night.

I walk to work but drive to the gym...go figure. Generally less than 20 miles a week though.

I vote to change the last option to "over 9000".

thats impossible, theres no way that can be done. you would have to drive 21 hours a day for 7 days straight in order to go over 9000 miles in a week.
