At least 3. Metabolism is raised with smaller portions spread throughout the day.

2 "meals" but a lot of small "snacks" my day is usually

1 - protein shake with milk
2 - 2pack of crispy granola
3 - normal sized lunch
4 - banana and protein shake with milk
5 - normal dinner
6 - oatmeal and protein shake with milk.

Most days I only have 2 full meals...sometimes just one. However, I usually have a snack in the evening, whether it be fruit or something more substancial. Weekends are better, with breakfast, a small lunch and a big dinner.

I suppose you could call what I eat at work meals.

First break(8:30) I have a muffin and cereal bar.

Lunch(11:45) I have a yogurt, some fruit(apple, pear, orange, etc), and some trail mix if I'm stll hungry.

A while after I get home, I make dinner.. which lately has consisted of something uber cheap, like mac & cheese, and canned dinners.. lol
