How many meals do you have a day?

how often do you guys eat. I eat useaully only 1 mean a day at dinner and kinda a snackish type thing for breakfast (small pack of crackers or somethng simlar)
 
i try to eat 5 smaller meals a day.
(i guess you could call a few of them snacks but they are pretty filling. This way, i dont pig out (usually) on one certain meal
 
Now that I work night shift and have another day job, I tend to eat very small meals, at odd hours. Like a lot of people, I'm in mad rush and no time for proper eating.

 
we usually have a big lunch. then i eat small meals throught the day. More grazing then meals though
