and how much calories you expend in exercise
but basically unless you are a marathon runner or other high endurance athlete, you are going to get fat eating that carp
Run and you won't have to worry about it. Ever seen a fat cross country runner or triathlete? They take in 7-10,000 cal a day in training.
Cheeseburger + small coke = not too bad.
i guess i shouldnt go out tonight to grab another then, although im drunk and that would be bad, to drive drunk. but i'd have driven slowly. but then id get 2500 calories. which is bad.. ughh
hi, i tend to eat at least 1 mcdonalds every day and usually order a Large mcNuggets meal with coke (+fries)
anyone know what kinda calories this is? and if i can eat this for lunch and dinner and still lose weight? or should i only eat it for lunch. im not sure how many calories it is but i think one should eat less than 1500 calories to lose weight
