I eat Mcdonalds after work sometimes, probably on average 3 times a week.
I'm trying to gain weight. The calories are no big deal. All that matters is that you still get non-empty calories somewhere, something healthy, like some veggies of your choice. The only other second concern is the trans fat. So when you do eat at home make sure you use good recipies with olive oil, canola oil, that sort of thing, instead of margarine type dishes since that would be even more trans fat and you'd likely do your heart in.
