I have the heat turned off in my bedroom just because I'd rather sleep under a heavy blanket and get too hot otherwise (especially when there's someone else in the bed with me).

I've got an extra blanket that occasionally gets thrown on top when it's really cold, and I ditch the comforter during the warmer months until it's hot enough for me to turn my AC on (at which point it comes back because my bedroom is small and turns into an ice box)

I envy some of you guys. My wife loves heavy bedding (i admit i like the feel) but I overheat bad with this setup:

I always toss my half of the knitted one over her. I have woken up in bed before thinking I was back in the Caribbean.

I keep house at 65F. Feather comforter with sleeve. I'm told I'm a space heather anyway. Summer nothing but I keep house ~82-84 saves money and burns calories.
