How many kills do you think the sniper will get?

It is a catch 22

If he has stopped he might not get caught.
If he continues he chances making more mistakes and getting caught.
I do hope the killings are done. But, then I do want this person caught.

But, what if it is not just one person.
What if it is a Cell starting out in the capital area?
What if more Cells start doing this across our Nation?
Let's hope it is only a single WACKO and not a Cell.
