How many iPhones sold in 2007 Total?

I've been researching and can't find a good source for the total number of iPhones sold in 2007. Can anyone help me out on this one? I'd really appreciate it!

Last week at macworld, Jobs announced that Apple sold 4 million. So take away a few since they counted first half of January.

4 million? Wow. I still haven't seen one in my rich suburban town - although there is an Apple Store at the mall.

Funny, I know lots of people that have them. However, I do work in a mac-based interactive agency so... take that with a grain of salt.

A lot of them are rich teens too.

one guy i work with has one and his wife has one, she bought her's first, when they first came out, then they didn't want to share , so he got his after that price drop deal
