so reading the thread from that banned poster it seemed he was upset that he got an infraction. i just checked and noticed I have 42 infractions :\ about 93% weren't my fault either.


can i trade these in for a prize?

WTF, do you expect this is not the same ATOT 12 years ago or maybe 5 years ago. It's turned to a dump just like some towns are turning to.

I got an infraction because I didn't respond to a mods request to change my posting ASAP (I've got better things to do than stay and wait for a PM to appear or hang around all day in this site). I wasn't even lurking/on this forum when the PM was made. That was very very stupid of that mod and to this day I wonder who's ass he kissed to get that "voluntary" position. But what do you expect this is ATOT.

It's too bad you didn't make a mod discussion post about this. I'm not going to play detective today; don't have time at the moment - but generally, when moderators or admins send a PM requesting something be edited to avoid an infraction, we don't simply choose "I'll wait an hour, then give an infraction." Generally, in such instances, an infraction wouldn't be given until after it was obvious that the PM was ignored, i.e. the person has made a few posts AFTER getting the PM, thus signaling that yes, they were logged into the forums AND active in the forums. If this wasn't the case, your infraction likely would have been reversed if you had a legitimate claim that "I wasn't even logged into the forums" or "I was logged in, but was away from the computer." -DrPizza

I got one for making a joke about madden 11 in a hot deal thread for madden 11.

Then I got another one for selling an item on FS/FT, but I did not have my forum profile fully filled out.
 
Wait, where do I check to see my infractions? I could not find anything in my pages statistics and crap. I imagine I have several, given my apparent god given gift to drive people on this board positively batty at times.

It's in a tab. If you don't have a tab, you don't have infractions.

3 current. a couple more expired, a couple more reversed. and a couple more that are too old to show. but don't worry, the mods will still take those old ones into consideration when they want to ban you
