I was in great shape always (been working out since like 12) except during 6 months of my last divorce (lost 86lbs in 90 days) and during 35-40 when I first shattered my right elbow and then blew out my shoulder right after I recovered from that a couple years ago.

I am not having a mid life crisis as much as most here want to believe. My posting style has pretty much been the same. Now I just have money and back in shape.
