How many IDE controllers do I have?

I think the IDE controller on a Dell PowerEdge server is having a problem. Im not on site to take a look at the inside, but if you were to look at this:

Would you say there is a SECOND ide controller/port completely independent of the first?

What is the model number of the server? All of the PowerEdge servers that I have seen only have one IDE port on the board since they are focused on SCSI or SATA RAID storage. Having two IDE Primary controllers listed I'd say that Windows is confused.

Yeah - many times Windows does multiple entries. Use a good hardware reporter (freeware), e.g., Belarc Advisor.
