I get 8 hrs or more of sleep daily! I am not willing to settle for anything less. :)

In bed a little after 2:00, up at 7:45...so just shy of 6 hours. Not enough - 8 hours is the guideline - but sleep seems such a waste of time if you can live off of less.

I get around 7-8 hours a night. I can't function very well with less than that. Even w/ 7 hours I'll take an hour nap.

I really just can't operate on less than 5 and that is only on rare occasions I am so unlucky as to get that. Normally I like to get at least 6 and I generally aim for 7-8 (and that's what I get, by God!).

Latest I ever stayed up was until about 8:30 am doing some essay or something. I was absolutely sick and dying at that point. I really just need sleep. I hate lack of sleep second only to nausea

Not Enough...

I'm doing my English essay now and have a midterm in 7 hours or so...
I'll probably get around 4 hours of sleep tonight, depending on how quickly I can write :)

Let's see it's after eleven, I haven't even had dinner yet, and I have to get up by 4:30AM for work tomorrow.
Typically 4-6.

Most of the people I know have a damn hard time getting up in the morning. You know that feeling when you wake up and you'd pay $20 just for an extra hour of sleep? I finally got sick of that feeling. It's so easy to stay up and so hard to wake up, but I find my days as a whole are a lot better when I'm not exhausted all day. I still have a cup or two of coffee as much out of habit as anything else, but I rarely wake up with that sick-to-my-stomach feeling of total and utter exhaustion. When lunch rolls around I don't find myself drifting off as I used to.

I get about 6.5 hours of sleep almost constantly average. it's becoming so that it's enough, but back when i started working it was not enough, i am used to it now though. 7.5 or so would be really good, on weekends i get usually about 10 hours each day.
