How many hours of sleep do you get on average?

I would like to get the reccomended dose of 8 but that never happens except on the weekends, usually I end up getting 6 on worknights and such which aint so bad compared to how much I hear others get. How 'bout you?

Just a bit under 8. Usually in bed by a few minutes past 11 and up at 7 if I sleep until the alarm goes off, which isn't always the case. Sometimes I wake up about 10 til and just decide to get up and start getting ready.
