We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. I prefer about 8, but I tend to get around 6-7 a night. Although given sleeping normally without interruptions (alarms, etc), I tend to sleep about 10 hours. Maybe a bit of my body attempting to make up for the lack of sleep on other days.
I can get by with 6.5 but 7.5 i feel much better. Left to my own schedule I would sleep 9-10 hours then be awake for 20.
Too bad we have those pesky 24 hour days..
I can handle the day with 6 but it's really pushing it. 7 is about the least I can get where I feel like I'm near 100% the rest of the day. 8 is ideal. Anything over 8 ends up making me feel worse than if I had too little sleep.
