how many hours do you sleep per night

I probably average about 6 to 7 hours per day.
On weekdays, usually closer to 6 hours, on weekends, usually closer to 8 hours.

I can get by with 3-5 hours but have been known to sleep for 21 hours after pulling a 72 hour stint without sleep. Typically I get about 11 hours though 😀.

about 5-6 i would like 7-9 but i doubt i ever will get that
im a very light sleeper 🙁
