I used to spend between six and fourteen hours per day after work on my computer at home. Work was 8 (or 10 back when I was working 4x10) hours per day on the PC. I've drastically cut back. Tonight is my second night on the computer outside of work, and I don't play on my work PC. The first time this week that I was on my computer was Tuesday morning, and that was to check my email quickly; I was off in a matter of minutes. I won't be on long tonight, either.
