Actually, when I eat fast-food, the service is consistent (much more so than at a "real" restaurant), the food is exactly what I want, the place is hospital-clean, and to top it off, I can get full on $5 or less.

*shrug* To each, their own..

I've been eating fast food for the last 10+ years and I have only managed to gain 10-15lbs in all that time. 160lbs ... ideal weight... can't get any higher if I tried.

I had 2 Angus Steak burgers for a late-night snack last night cause I had an early dinner. Good stuff. Won't kill me.

Fast food isn't exactly the problem.

Youre lucky then. I used to eat fast food often about 6-7 years ago, and I looked like it too, but since then I've underwent such a huge change, and it feels good to accomplish something that many others try and fail. And there's no looking back for me.

In your case, though, you may not gain weight, but all that fast food is gonna catch up to you one way or another.

Watch Supersize Me. I've always hated fast food, but I will probably never eat it again after seeing that doc.

Guilty as charged. Rodeo burger, 5 piece chicken, and a small chili for me today.

We pick up the dollar double cheeseburgers at McDonald's when we're in a hurry and on the road, maybe once a month. Once or twice a month, I get my kids a hotdog when we're at Costco. That's really about it for us for fast food.

Well, just cause you don't gain weight doesn't mean you don't need to exercise. I fall into that category of non-weight gainer but I lift weights regularly and bike and what not.

I almost never eat fast food. I don't eat at any better restaurants either. All the food tastes good but it is horrible for you, so what's the point?
