I probably send about 12 a day on average. Sometimes as little as 2-3, sometimes it's as high as 30.

I probably receive about 250 a day. About half are deleted immediately since they are just things like check-in notifications or admin notifications.

Personal? I very rarely get or send any e-mail. Maybe once a month?

I just counted 206 from a random day last month. That does not include standard work spam (Automated reports, etc.) 500 is probably on the low end for inbound in one day.

I receive thousands of emails/day at work... it's hard to quantify what is spam. I generally don't read most of them, but I keep them for reference and have to occasionally glance at them in case there's a flood of error message alerts.

I probably send an average of 10 work emails/day and 0 personal. 99% of my online personal communications are via facebook or g-chat. the only person who ever really emails me is my mom, and that's pretty rare.
