when i used to weight lift more heavily i would eat 9 eggs after a workout. it was only the egg whites though.

Haha, I actually just made a three-egg omelette with cheese. Sooooo good.

Egg white omelettes are great. You could just use 6 eggs and get the same amount of protein, and not have to worry about the cholesterol at all.
