How many dogs can you take down before being overwhelmed?

How would they get to me with the 30 foot vertical wall of corpses that surrounds me because of the # I've killed? Then I would simply open the sewer manhole I had conveniently started shooting these zombie dogs over and escape to safety 😛

How, pray tell, are you going to randomly get a 30' wall of corpses in a perfect circle and a sheer face?

Answer: You're not.

This gets to a very interesting point, if you shoot soon enough the dogs will slide back down the outer face of the dead dog wall, and if you're lucky you'll kill them right at the top and they'll stay there, but if you're a little tardy and you kill the dogs after their tipping point at the top they'll slide down and you'll have to avoid falling dead dogs and you'll have to take up a position on top of dead dogs. This would be highly problematic to shooting future multiple targets at a fast pace and would likely doom you to failure.

Maybe, a better tactic would be to remain in motion in a controlled advance or retreat, giving a pathway to walk on and around one course of dead dogs?

I think I could probably get the pile of dogs circling me so large - it would act as a wall and proclaim me the winner.

That being said, they have to be zombie dogs or something because I love dogs and would never do it.
I love them, too, but if they're attacking me in groups they're going to die as long as I have the means to do it.

Death by dogs would be an excruciatingly painful experience.

If ammo was unlimited I'd take that full-auto Glock with the double drum magazine that FPSRussia had and spew about 10 rounds into each dog.

How do answer this question ... even if you wanted to?

Haha, wasn't he averaging like 60 posts/day? What got him banned - RBM?

I'm going to arbitrarily assume 5 minutes between attacks. I suspect I could hold out for most of a day before I slipped up and allowed myself to get injured, and I'd probably give up the ghost an hour or two after that. Call it 18 hours before im dogfood.

that works out to 218 dogs.

> You are alone. .

Does my Bloodwing count? With a sniper ammo regen class mod and 5 points in Carrion Call I can keep killing skags until my mouse wears out.

Unless Moe and Marley show up together, then I'm in trouble.

Unlimited ammo + 50 cal MG + set up in a corner so they can only come at me from one direction = one huge pile of shredded dog corpses and I'm still alive waiting for the next round.

What does a 50 cal MG count as, a pistol or a shotgun?

I would rather have loads of meat to throw at them and, while they are distracted, sneak (not run, which will attract their attention) for the nearest tree.

And oh, you play too much horror-action games. 😀

In packs of 8? Infinity. I'd simply work my way to somewhere with dog-proof doors and windows (most buildings). In a densely populated area I'd have no issue staying out of reach or killing a pack and crossing the street.
