How many digits are in an AOL cancellation number?

You'd think AOL would know what your cancellation number was. Are they asking you for it?

10, I belive. If you just canceled aol, you should get a confirmation in the mail

No...that's the problem, I cancelled it 3 months ago and they never sent me a cancellation.
They gave me a cancellation # and now I can't find it. Well..I might have found it, I have
found one written down here that simply says cancellation #. I was trying to find out from
someone that had one how many digits it was supposed to have.

See they have billed me $69.99 for 3 mo. usage even though I cancelled during the 30 day
free trial period

So call em up, give em the number and see if it rings any bells. If you really don't want to pay, keep on em about it and make sure they work with you instead of pawn the issue off as your mistake.

True...I have already called them 3 times and they act like they speak a different language.
I was hoping to make sure this was an actual AOL cancellation # before I called them back.
