Like genetic base pairs? A-T, C-G?
Hardly any. Between non-related people, our genetic information is practically identical (99+%). When you consider related people, the genetic information is almost perfectly identical. In fact, they are so similar that DNA tests often lead to false matches. DNA tests work by identifying haplotypes, which are the few loci that actually do vary between humans.

i'm pretty sure everybody knows that 97-99% of our DNA is shared among chimps and numerous other mammals. This would imply that 99.99%, at least, to be shared among friends, enemies, and family, but among 3+ billion base pairs, 0.01% is still a lot of pairs. My question was how many? I would like a numeral if you can get it, not a relative number that is a function of some unknown number.

I figured the OP was just trying to figure out how far away his sister really is.

Unless you're family has a history of congenital abnormalities, having sex with your sister probably wouldn't produce retard babies.
