No you will be looking for trouble, upgrade to a 350 if you want to add another hard drive.

I've seen people run 4 hdds off a 250w before. So it shouldn't be a problem. Make sure it's a good quality one tho.

i have a 275W pcpower and cooling silencer but i would NOT recommend running this much stuff off it. i even have my hd's set to delay spinup. i just haven't gotten myself to spend 200 bucks on the 400w version of this sweet lil' power supply.

I also have a 275W PCPower&Cooling Silencer. This PS does NOT handle my system, which consists of:

1.2GHz TBird w/Alpha PAL6035 (60mm Sunon fan)
IWill KK266-R
256MB RAM
20GB Maxtor 7200rpm HD
Kenwood 72x
HP8100 CD burner
3 case fans (1x120mm, 2x80mm)
GeForce DDR
D-Link NIC
SBLive
floppy drive

I guess your milage may vary. It might have something to do with me running mine off a transformer (converting 220V/50Hz to 110V/50Hz), making a work a bit harder. GeForce cards and 1GHz+ TBirds suck up a lot of juice though, your P3 and TNT2 aren't taxing your PS nearly as much.
